Father and Mother are the Cocreators of their children.  There is a serious conception of cooperation with the Creator.  The nature of Father and Mother is to form their children in an Act of Faith.  The decision is at a natural cause of meeting their nature as Father and Mother. Instruction and Formation of children in the home moves the direction of the system of education in the public civil ordinance of social conditions of living.  The American Education of the United State Board of Education performs a civil protection of the right to education.  This right first begins in the private home. The Conditions of meeting the prepared state of public socio-development of a learning environment of safety is to meet the maintenance of public safety for families and their children. The primary stage of development for children begins in the home.
