As an Adult Professional with a position of meeting the Young and the conditions of education for the person of cognitive reality in their position as student of the United States Board of Education.  The potential reality of meeting this professional educational access to the American Families of this Democratic Republic is the preparation and discourse of instruction in the contained direction of voice on the matters of a world reality of Adult and Child relationships.

The Psychology of Behavioral Health and Development for children and their age of reason is at the relationship of conditioned boundaries of distinct positions of the professional potential of meeting the adult legal guardians of these children and the decision at the age of reason to deliver a communication of relationship.

Parent Conferences determine the reality of this decision of agreeable potential discussion.  A dialogue of potential engagement is always at the context of professional contained reality of property of school, system and a government of protection for the person.

At the context of age and development of relationship a maintenance of adult legal guardianship delivers this continued progress of protection.
