My baptism on October 15, 1978 was at the providence calendar of a New Reign at the Chair of St. Peter.  Our Roman Pontiff came from Poland.  At the disposition of a Culture and Country of Faith in the Philippine Islands; a new era of knowledge entered into the condition of my character of Baptism.

What is this disposition of character in communion with Rome?
