The Conscience and Subconscience, Childhood Neurological Behavioral Reactions to Past and Present Memories of Parent Livelihood before Birth

The Conscience of Biological Parents have a cognitive development of progress from past experiences to present reality causal effects through offspring and their behavioral patterns affiliated from parental livelihood and the conscience bearing conditions of growth and maturity.

The offspring deliver a behavioral objective reality to these past life experiences of parents.  There is a distinct character of baptized offspring and this is the condition of Sacrament and life of instruction for cognitive development in the knowledge and allowance of free consent of the will.
